Misleading Rental Experience

My experience with Fllat has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the unit I was given did not match what was promised in my leaseI was supposed to receive a master bedroom, but never did. Despite sending multiple emails for more than two months, there was no resolution or follow-through. When I decided to move out because of this ongoing issue, the company informed me that they would keep my security deposit, even though they had failed to meet their contractual obligations. I would strongly recommend that future tenants carefully review their contracts and document everything in writing, as my experience has shown a lack of accountability and transparency in how they handle tenant concerns.
