Quiet area and room, nice and cool but does have separate heat. Very nice walking neighborhood with two parks closeby. Walmart is close by with many restaurants. Private entrance. Security cameras are outside but are not needed. Backyard is shared with a little view of the moutains.
Space
Large SUITE with bedroom, living room, dining room and private kitchen combined. Also a private bath (shower). Storage can be arranged. Basement suite with windows and private entrance. PLUS shared use of large den, about 350 sq feet with large TV and nice couches that we rarely use. Washer and dryer are on the same level, shared. Great, shared internet at 300Mbps included. All utilities are included. Off street parking.

Review
Spent 4 weeks staying with Fred and Mary Kay, they were lovely and accommodating hosts. The site was a great and quaint location with easy highway access to get to Blacksburg. The neighborhood was very safe and was nice for evening walks.

Amazing spot!!
I absolutely loved my stay at Mary Kay and Freds place! The space had everything I needed, and having my own private area was a real bonusit made my time there incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The shared laundry and downstairs space were always accessible and never posed any issues. Mary Kay and Fred were truly incredible hostswelcoming, respectful, and attentive. I feel so fortunate to have stayed with them. I could not recommend their place more highly!
