Great stay!

I stayed here for a month while I searched for an apartment in the city, and it was a great place to stay. Many options for groceries in the area, including Whole Foods, Safeway, and Trader Joes. Easy access to buses and a short walk to the metro. The apartment itself was more spacious than I thought itd be, but it still felt cozy. It was also quiet in the night time, so I had no trouble sleeping. Brian was a great host, and hed drop off any mail or packages I ordered that went upstairs. He also blocked a few extra days in the calendar when I wasnt sure if Id be able to find an apartment in time. Would highly recommend staying here!

OUTSTANDING

A very comfortable stay. The unit was a lot bigger and brighter than one would expect from an English Basement. It was extremely well-stocked, immaculately clean, and Brian was such an attentive and caring host. It should be noted that the unit is freshly renovated --new kitchen/bathroom and new furniture. The unit stayed cool even in the hottest of temperatures and is equipped with a few portable A/C units which I rarely had to use. In cooler months, the green backyard seating area would be a perfect respite. The location at P St/15th couldn't have been more convenient: half a block from Whole Foods, CVS, restaurants, gyms... Having researched a lot of housing in DC, you won't find better value for this quality of space in this area. Highly recommended.
