Magical Place on the Coast

I stayed at Jay's place for a couple of months and it was one of the best renting experiences I've ever had. Jay is such an amazing host, he's super responsive, makes sure you have everything and anything you may need while renting, and genuinely wants to make sure you have a great stay. The apartment itself is so amazing, it's tastefully decorated, it has a beautiful balcony, and tons of natural light. The neighborhood is in a wonderful area that has the beach and other amenities within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, and cannot recommend highly enough!

Great Property, Great Landlord, Great Location

I stayed at Jays place in Dana Point for two months. Its an awesome location. Two blocks from downtown Dana Point. The place is perfectly furnished. And Jay is a great landlord. Always helpful and easy to reach. Cool breeze at night; wonderful, quiet, helpful neighbour upstairs; Id give this place a 10 out of 10. I only moved because I bought a house in San Clemente!
