Charming Historic Downtowner's Dream Space

Pleasant 2 month stay

Nice home away from home for an extended stay in convenient location!Easily walkable to grocery,restaurants,+ Canyon Creek Park. Usually(not always) able to find parking. Fair # of people with mental illness on streets (support organizations located nearby);never came across anybody violent. The apt is charming.Mirrors make the place feel less cramped.Quite spacious for 1 person;for 2 people it was okay unless we were both working/on calls. Some times of day the sun was way too bright reflecting off adjacent building-needs better solution. Some idiosyncrasies, typical of older places- kitchen (including counter) is slanted. The apt gets hot, especially in bedroom,so I often had window open to regulate temperature. Wi-fi worked well, allowing me to use it as a virtual workspace-only had issues 1-2x. My wife worked hard to get the apartment clean when she moved in,but not hard to maintain afterwards. Bryan's communication was terrific- responsive to any issues +flexible with dates.

Very walkable

I enjoyed staying in this rental, it's walking distance to just about everywhere I went while staying in SLC. There's even a vegan donut shop maybe 20 feet away. Bryan is a very attentive landlord as well.
