Convenient & quiet stay!

My stay in the L5P Lair was so nice and convenient. It is located near several hospitals which made commuting easy! Loved having my own ground floor entry. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants yet very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well-maintained, cozy and ample storage space! The hosts were so kind & quick to reply to any questions I had. I would definitively stay here again!

Just when you thought you'd explored every nook, cranny, and haunt of L5P, little did you know that hiding just around the corner is its best kept secret: The Lair at Little 5 Properties! Whether you're local or visiting, or staying a little or a long while, you'll find this place a special retreat with everything you need to feel at home: on-site laundry, a fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable queen-sized bed, an office desk, a french press to keep you on task, a bathroom with modern finishes, a smart TV with streaming apps, and much more. Stepping outside, youre immediately surrounded by well-but-not-overly-maintained greenery on four sides. All this while being steps from bustling Little 5 Points, which is an entire review or two in itself. I stayed for a month in the summer of 2025 and would absolutely come back again as the opportunity presents itself. Hosts Dawn and Christian are hospitable and were highly responsive to all of my needs during my stay. Cannot recommend enough
