Two Bed Bungalow w/ 1 minute I-75 access & fenced backyard

Great landlord!

I stayed here for almost six months. The landlord is extremely responsive and kind. The backyard is fenced in, which was a real bonus for our dogs. Reasonable price for the entire place!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!

This landlord and home are absolutely the WORST place Ive ever stayed, and Ive stayed in many places all over the country, like Jacksonville, Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, Detroit, etc. The AC broke immediately after I moved in and it took two weeks to fix, the bathroom sink was broken and leaking, the master bedroom had an electrical short which left me fearing for my life as an electrician, and the person he hired to fix the electrical was NOT a qualified professional, just some handyman he got off the street. After it took two weeks, the AC broke immediately again! He also WILL take your security deposit, I was there for one month and he made up lies to take it! Glad I moved out! Do not go anywhere near this realtor if you want to keep any of your sanity!
