Great Property and Lanlord

We had an amazing experience renting through Furnished Finder. Mallory was incredibly accommodating and made our transition so much easier by sharing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Communication was excellent, we were always given advance notice before any water shutoffs or work being done. The property was well cared for, and we felt truly supported as tenants. Highly recommend!

Stellar studio, great landlords!

I had an excellent 3 1/2-month stay at this cozy studio! Mallory and Antonio are extremely kind, attentive, friendly, understanding, flexible, and available to help with or communicate about anything you need. If you're looking for a cute, minimal, and affordable furnished place near downtown Tampa, wow, definitely reach out about this one!

I stayed here while on an assignment at St. Josephs Hospital. The commute to work was very easy, about 15-20min. Theres a nice park by the water about 2 blocks from the studio. Great for running and/or dog walks. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. For laundry, I went to a place called clean vibes that was close by. The studio itself is just like the pictures. Theres a full kitchen so, you can cook whatever you need. Just be aware that theres no exhaust fan. The bed is pretty comfy but, I would recommend you bringing sleep eye mask because the curtains do not block the lights completely. Also, bring some hangers for your clothes. The landlords are great! They are very welcoming, and they check in to make sure you are happy with the place. Any concerns you have they respond very quickly! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay and if you can live without need much this place is a great choice! I recommend it.
