Highly recommend this place
Im working in TMC as a postdoc and have been living here for 4 months. I love this place! The community is safe and quiet, the house is located in Montrose area which is very convenient with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the place is clean and spacious. Most importantly, Carla is a great host, being friendly all the time and respecting my privacy and schedule. I highly recommend this place! To rent the room here, you discuss directly with the host before making any reservation. I talked with several people there and visited the places before signing the contract. I also discussed the contract with the landlord to make it month to month with 30 days notice and the note that I did not need to wait for 30 days in case I lose my job. So if things are not good well you can leave. Use my contract as a template and make sure you meet the host face to face before renting out.
