Great Stay!

Lan (property manager) was very kind and responsive! If something went wrong for whatever reason, she was the first to let me know as well as come up with a solution within minutes so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. As they live close by, they are able to come and help with anything you may need as well. Place is well kept with parking available in a quiet neighborhood. She also gives clean, nice supplies such as towels and snacks. The place is spacious enough to spread out and not have to stay cramped in one room. Close to UCI medical center. Nothing but good things to say-highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful home!

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay! The home was exceptionally well maintained, everything looked spotless and felt fresh from the moment we walked in. The bed was very comfortable, and we actually slept better here than we do in most other locations! We also really appreciated the coffee station near the kitchen, it was clean and ready to go, which made mornings a lot easier and added a nice homey touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and parking was easy. The location worked out well too, close enough to shops and main roads but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, it was a simple, pleasant stay that felt like home, and we would be happy to stay here again! Thank you Lan for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home!

Amazing stay, Amazing hosts

This stay surpassed my expectations of what a long-term stay should be. The house was beautifully decorated and taken care of. Appliances and amenities were what I would want in my own house. Home was comfortable and clean - and the hosts offered routine cleaning at a specific interval. The hosts were also the most considerate and responsive to questions. Location is also amazing, being central to so much around, yet being located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I stayed as a rotating medical student, and would highly recommend this place for any traveling healthcare professionals (would also be a great stay for leisure travel).
