Cozy Stay
I lived in this apartment for a year and truly enjoyed my stay. Chris and Rachel were exceptional hosts. They were welcoming, responsive, and kind throughout my time there. The basement studio has a private entrance and shares laundry with another quiet, respectful tenant. Despite being a basement unit, the walls are thick and noise was never an issue. The space is small but comfortable and perfectly sized for one person, with a well equipped kitchenette that met all my cooking needs. The location is fantastic, and street parking was never a problem. Communication in the house was always clear and respectful. I would highly recommend this unit and have already referred a friend, who is now happily living there.
Comfortable stay with ideal location and great host!
I had a great experience staying here for 4 months! Donna is an exceptional host professional, communicative, and very thoughtful. She kept me informed about anything happening around the property, was always easy to coordinate with, and clearly cared about making sure I had a good experience. The space is clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly as described and shown in pictures. Even though its a lower-level unit, it still gets nice natural light thanks to the large front window, and it has lots of extra practical items that visitors might need. And the location cant be beat! It's right across from Green Lake and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and plenty more! It was a convenient home base for exploring Seattle, and having a dedicated parking spot was also super convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and positive stay. Id definitely recommend Donnas place to anyone who wants a great host and an amazing location!
