Great for price, but uncomfortable unit

This property was excellent for its price being all inclusive. The TV and kitchen appliances are great, and the area is nice. However, it was uncomfortable, especially in the winter when, despite insulation attempts, I could not keep the apartment warm. Additionally, being recently renovated, the ceiling and furniture "rained" white flecks of plaster, coating any clothes not covered. The paint on the walls would rub off on anything that touched it. The storage cabinets in the bedroom were all over head, completely out of reach. Finally, the whole unit, including the kitchen appliances, were absolutely filthy upon move in.
