Phenomenal experience

I cannot recommend this enough. The place is beautiful and super clean and safe. Lisa is super respectful and communicative, I always felt comfortable talking with her if I had a question or needed anything and she's upfront about when she's going to be at the place to check on things or if there's anything going on that I should be aware of. The location is great too, I was working near Morgan Hill but would go into downtown SJ with friends and either were super easy to get to. Overall, 10/10 experience and would immediately stay again if I'm ever in SJ.

A Cozy and Clean Home

I lived with Lisa for a year and she really goes above and beyond to make her home comfortable for all of her tenants. The home is always clean and she makes heartfelt efforts to create a safe space to discuss any and all concerns regarding your stay. She knows how to make a tenant feel like theyre home, and treats them like family

Perfect room

I lived with Lisa for 2 years, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The home was always spotless, peaceful, and well taken care of. I had complete privacy, and Lisa was not only respectful but also genuinely kind, supportive, and attentive. Anytime I needed something, no matter how small, she was always available and happy to help. There are beautiful parks just around the corner, great walking trails, and tons of nearby shops Lisa has a heart of gold and creates a very positive and calm living environment. Shes truly one of those rare landlords who becomes more like a friend. Im so grateful for the time I spent living there. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and caring home!
