House near MU campus and hospitals, Columbia MO

Perfect place for a traveling professional!

I took two consecutive travel assignments in Columbia, MO and had the pleasure to call this place home for 6 months. Adam was absolutely amazing to rent from. He was always responsive and handled any issue I had promptly. For the record, there wasn't any except an issue with my heat when an ice storm hit and my heat was acting weird. It only took a phone call and he was on it. He resolved the issue fast making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. It was peaceful and had everything needed to make oneself feel at home. 10/10 would recommend if on the area.

Great location

Matt was a wonderful host. The house was exactly as described. Matt was very responsive and very respectful of our privacy. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every day we stayed.

Great place

This is a cozy house with everything one needs! Close to everything yet set in a quiet neighborhood. Deer hang out in the backyard! The trail at the end of the road is magical , fireflies are out and there's a sweet bridge over the creek. I would definetaly come back here if I were back in columbia
