Modern & Cozy Lower Unit - Easy access to highways and downtown

Comfortable & Convenient Home for Travel Professionals

I had a great experience staying here! From the beginning, the landlords were professional, kind, accommodating, and great with communication. It was reassuring knowing they were always responsive and available if anything came up. The unit is cozy and comfortable, and I loved the added amenities of washer/dryer access and a dedicated parking spot. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to multiple highways, making it easy to get around and avoid some of the heavier Seattle traffic. As a female solo traveler with a small dog, I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to other traveling professionals!

Quiet Neighborhood

This location was very quiet and safe for my dog and I. There is a large grassy area for a dog to run and play around. The landlords kept in communication if a service was to be performed at the location. The price was great for the Seattle area. I definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Wonderful Lower-level unit in Seattle

I really enjoyed my stay at Jeff and Bichelle's unit just south of Seattle. From start to finish, the communication and professionalism was top notch. I felt very comfortable and safe knowing that the owners would take care of any concerns or issue that I may have. As a travel health care worker, I enjoyed all the essentials that the apt provided: kitchenette, stylish bathroom, tv, hv/ac, comfy bed, sofa, w/d and parking space. The house was close to major highways as well which made it super easy for me to get to work without issues with traffic. I would highly recommend this unit if you have a travel assignment in the area. Thank you Jeff and Bichelle for your hospitality!
