A true blessing of a rental home for my family.

This home and its host, Dawn provided a much-needed & comfortably spacious place for my family after a house fire that had us w/o a home for quiet some time (before we finally learned that insurance companies will provide housing in actual homes 'fyi' ) I truly feel like Dawn went above and beyond in providing to her renters the comfort feel of a home.We truly were blessed to be able to find this property and stay in it the short time that we did.Thank you so much Dawn =) Sometimes, you dont realize what will be a blessing to others and having this place to call home for the time that we did was absolutely an answered prayer at that time in our lives. We loved it here ;) Also, the entrance is thru an alleyway, which I believe contributes significantly to the home's tranquility. The front of the house doesn't face a busy street - more like a small apartment complex where you know your neighbors,the place is peacefully quiet/ private, & gives a serene and enjoyable living experience.
