Travel Nurses beware...DO NOT RENT!!

I would advise anyone seeking temporary housing in the area not to rent this room. It was left dirty, malodorous, damp/ mildew smell. There is a large sliding window in the room for fresh air.. Except that despite every other unit in the block having screens to keep out insects/pests, this apartment had none. So not maintained very well, to say the least, especially what one would expect for 1500 a month. When asked about the screen's landlord, it states "you can open the windows", not seeming to understand the concept/ benefits of screen. Basic linens were provided, however, no towels greater than a hand towel were provided, which was strange. Landlord states they are open to pets, however charged an extra "non-refundable" cat fee due to some perceived issues they had with cats in the past. The landlord then attempted to withhold the deposit due to "excess cat hair," on top of keeping the nonrefundable fee. There are many other units available in the area, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE.
