Hard to beat this property and landlord!

Chris was a pleasure to work with! He communicated clearly and consistently, was very responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy at the property. I really appreciated his attentiveness and would gladly rent from him again. The tenants in the "big house" at the front of the property were lovely to work with as well. The space itself has a ton of storage, including the one car garage. And the neighborhood is close to everything and is a wonderful place for a walk around the area. I felt very safe and content. A must see!

Great place to stay!

Chris was great to work with and rent from! The communication was excellent and the move-in and out process was easy. The place is clean and has everything you would need. Great space with a nice layout and privacy. The second garage space is for the other tenants that are in the house on the property but it is completely separate. The bedrooms are above their side but I was never bothered with them coming and going. I would stay here again!
