Excellent location, great landlords, awesome community areas

This apartment is small but has plenty of storage space and didn't ever feel small. It has a stove, microwave and a big enough refrigerator that I could cook when I wanted to. It's right near Wright Park, which is a lovely place to take a walk, and only a couple of miles from where I worked, Allenmore Hospital. Multicare's biggest hospital, Tacoma General, is in easy walking distance...the back entrance is about 3 blocks away max. The landlords were very responsive, considerate, and easy to work with. Also, it has a bathtub and a comfortable bed, which were two things that are always important to me. Lots of closet space. There's great shared community spaces, including a large indoor area with tables and an outdoor patio with a barbecue and tables. There is also a game room. All in all, just a great place to rent.

Nice home away from home

I stayed at this fully furnished property for three months and had a great experience overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The furnishings were well-maintained, and thoughtfully chosen, making it easy to settle in and feel at home for a longer stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a furnished rental for an extended stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
