Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

I really enjoyed my 4 month stay at this cute property. It's the perfect size for one person. Well furnished and the landlords are very kind and easy to work with and quick with communication! I would definitely rent here again if I had the need in the future. It's also a super quiet gated community I never had issues with noise as a night shift nurse. 10/10 recommend!

I loved this place!

This was my first time living in a Furnished Finder place and I loved it. It set a really great tone and high expectation for other rentals moving forwars. IT IS TRUELY FULLY FURNISHED. Its clean, has evrything needed, and even has a dishwasher!! Crazy cuz my rental now have one. Its in a gated duplex community, its quiet, and safe. I never worried about a thing and always chilled with the slide door open since I stayed in the winter. The rent is extremely affordable and it was worth every penny. I was only here for 3 months since I moved cities but I wouldve stayed if I didnt have to relocate. I think the property best suits a single person or small family. Like a nurse, traveling IT guy, or a parent and small child. It isnt next to a party scene, so if you are looking to live next to nightlife this isnt really the spot. but it is right next to 1604. Culebra traffic can be kinda bad so plan accordingly. Finally, the landlords were great. Thank you so much for having me.
