Wonderful stay with amazing landlords!!
I stayed in this private cottage for around 8 months, and the stay was completely stress free!! It was extremely cozy and comfortable. This unit was in a perfect location, as I did contracts in San Bernadino (15 mins ),Loma Linda ( 10 mins ), and Moreno Valley ( 30 mins) while staying here. Bruni & Dean were friendly, caring, and responsive landlords. They always respected my privacy, but would still stop to have a conversation in passing. They made me feel so comfortable and appreciated, which is so important for traveling professionals, away from our friends & family. The unit is completely seperate from the main house, so there were no issues with noise, and the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. Driveway parking was also safe and convenient. Definitely recommend staying in this cozy cottage in Grand Terrace, and hoping to do another contract in the area to stay again!!

As a working professional in the behavioral health field, peace and quiet are paramount after long hours, and this rental in Grand Terrace delivers! The neighborhood itself is tranquil, and the property lives up to all its descriptions. What truly sets this rental apart is its prime location on the property. Tucked away in the back, it offers a serene escape with the added bonus of mature trees and a large swimming pool that's rarely used a private oasis! My landlords are truly ideal. They are incredibly respectful and friendly, and I only see them once or twice a month for rent or in passing. They genuinely respect my privacy, which is a huge plus. If you're seeking a quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced home, this is definitely the place for you!
