A Perfect Stay

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this place. There are so many things we enjoyed. The balcony just off the bedroom, two large TVs for when we needed to unwind, and a rooftop patio where we watched an airshow. You'll often read a review that says, "steps from the bus stop," but in this case, that's literal. It was about 15 steps (I counted). We were able to zip into downtown or get to the local Costco or Fred Meyer. Paul was very communicative and always responded to our texts within just a few minutes. The internet was plenty fast for our needs (two people taking video calls), the kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for a month and had a very positive experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and accurately represented in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Great option for both short and long stays. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

Paul and his wife were amazing hosts- quick to respond and very thoughtful. The condo itself is well stocked and has everything needed for a renter. It is a 10-15 minute drive from ANMC and Providence and the bus stops right outside. Located only a few blocks from downtown Anchorage. Quiet complex for those who are on night shift, never had any issues with noise.
