Amazing stay!

I rented here for about 4 months for a clinical rotation and had a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Travelling alone, I am always thinking of safety and I felt completely comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and welcoming. The unit itself was beautiful, and had literally everything I needed. Gayle was so responsive and if I ever needed anything, it was addressed the same day. Parking was always easy, same with package deliveries, they also offered monthly cleanings. From recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores and everything in between, Gayle has thought of everything! There are not enough kind things I can say about Gayle and Derrick, they were exceptional hosts. I would absolutely stay here again and fully plan on booking it once I make it back to Los Angeles! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay in LA.

Super cute space for 2!

My parents stayed here and couldn't be happier with the space, the neighborhood and the landlord! The place came equipped with all the essentials and Gayle was super helpful anytime they had questions. They felt really comfortable walking around the neighborhood and to the grocery store nearby (especially since they didn't have a car). Couldn't be more pleased with Gayle's hospitality.
