Best Landlords Ever!!

I loved living here. I felt extremely safe here, and they truly were the best landlords. They were always so helpful and quick to show up when I needed them. The place looks just like the pictures, if not better! It was perfect, would definitely stay with them again :)

A great stay in ABQ

Family of three older adults just finishing up a two month stay. I wish our plans had not changed or we would definitely be staying another month. Alma and James are wonderful to work with and have spent a great deal of time making sure this property is fully stocked with everything needed for those like us that came with only the clothes in our bags. The house is roomy and we never felt cramped. The back yard is extremely private and the neighborhood has a family feel that is safe. Garage is very roomy as well. There are stores and multiple fast food restaurants within a few minutes. I40 and all of ABQ is easily accessible from this location. Also, the windows and doors open for great airflow if desired, but seal for security easily.

Wonderful Rental

I made this property my home for 6 years following an assignment in ABQ and decided to stay until my recent retirement. I can't say enough about the owners James and Alma...simply the BEST! As a single woman I always felt safe and my dogs were always secure with a beautiful 7' cedar fence with a locked gate. The yard is perfect for pets and that much needed relaxing down time. The property is perfect for one or two people. It offers everything you would need including quick access to all downtown hospitals. I originally chose this property as a night shift worker because of the beautiful windows with built in black out shades, they also keep the house quiet. James and Alma are very attentive to any of your needs and are a pleasure to work with!
