Top-notch landlord, fabulous views, underground parking, great stay!
After scouring the platform for weeks, we were overjoyed to find Todds apartment. Several things stood out in a good way. 1: the listing is accurate. The photos and descriptions are acurate, without any fluff. 2: Todd was highly responsive pleasant, prompt, and professional. He was on time to show us the apartment, quick with the paperwork, and always got in touch when he said he would. We had a minor plumbing problem just after move-in day, and Todd had it fixed within four hours. On a Sunday. Also, he returned our deposit two days before the agreed-on date. 3: the apartment is well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, cleaning supplies. We had to bring our own coffeemaker, but otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped for a medium-term stay. Finally, fine location. Very walkable to Platte Park and the areas of South Broadway and South Pearl Street. Under 15-minute drive to Wash Park, Cherry Creek, LoDo, Old Town Littleton. Thanks for a great stay. A big thumbs-up!
