This is a completely private apartment in my newer home (built in 2016) where you will feel like you are a local. The front office/den looks out on the street and it's a nice neighborhood to walk around in the evening and there's a large park close by.

There is a bedroom with a walk in closet, laundry room, full bath, and another office/den room with full futon couch and kitchenette. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishware and silverware, but no sink. I offer clean dishes, towels, sheets on a regular basis, at least once a week if needed.
