Highly recommend
I spent four months in Danieles apartment and really enjoyed it. The space is clean, comfortable, and bright, and the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and nearby stores. Daniele is kind and helpful, and communication was always smooth. I would happily stay again

Clean and quiet
Rented for couple months, super quiet, clean and has a covered parking spot. Also liked the two large windows with nice views. Top floor and only one shared wall with neighbor. Thats great. Again super quiet place. Thanks for hosting.

Lovely apartment
I stayed at this apartment for 30 days and had a very peaceful experience. The building is extremely quiet not only is the apartment itself silent, but the neighbors are also very respectful and calm. During my stay, it almost felt like I was one of the residents, not just a guest. Dani is absolutely wonderful warm, responsive, and always available if you have any questions. One thing that really impressed me was the professional cleaning service that came in halfway through my stay to freshen up the place. It was spotless and smelled great afterward, making the second half of my stay even more comfortable. The apartment is clean, well-organized, and smells amazing. Its also in a prime location, close to restaurants, shopping centers, and just minutes away from the beach. I truly loved my time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and well-located place to stay.
