Sweetest Landlord and Homey Feel

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was super cozy, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and homey stay. The area is pretty quiet with plenty of street parking. I was really pleased with having an in unit washer and dryer as well. Maria is the sweetest landlord and was so considerate and friendly my entire stay. She's so kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to help with anything I needed. You can really tell that she cares about her tenants and does her best to keep the place nice. The rest of her family is also so welcoming and friendly and considerate, which made the stay even better. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I genuinely had such a great experience here and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place with a Wonderful Landlord

I couldnt have asked for a better landlord or living experience. From day one, she has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. Shes always approachable and quick to help, and its clear she genuinely cares about her tenants. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything feels comfortable and stress free. The home itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Its clean, cozy, and instantly feels like home. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is such a convenient feature that makes life so much easier. The kitchen is spacious and updated, and the bathroom is equally impressive. The neighborhood is another highlight. Its quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing, working, or studying. Overall, I give this place and my landlord a full five stars. Shes amazing, the property is wonderful, and I feel lucky to live here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home with a caring landlord.

Home Away from Home

This place is a gem. It truly was a pleasure to stay here and really I have no complaints. The ADU is perfect for a simple stay and really amazing considering what you get elsewhere at the price-point. Where else in LA are you finding in-unit Washer AND Dryer, all utilities included ( yeah, water, electric, gas, everything) , AND probably the nicest shower I have ever used. Location is good, quiet neighborhood with mostly families and the best part, always street parking available. The landlord Maria is so sweet, so so nice and great hospitality, her family is amazing and very accommodating.
