This is a 3/2 with a 2 car garage. I won't be in the house but the master bedroom will be locke and not accessible. There is a good sized deck in the back yard with two sun loungers, gas BBQ grill, charcoal BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining table/chairs and assorted fresh herbs and veggies growing for your use to cook with as well as some fruit trees. Space
There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen sized bed. All towels and linens are included. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed. One room has an office space and murphy bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge, glass stove top as well as plenty of other appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The living room has a 65" TV with cable channels.
Neighborhood overview
Murray Hill is a small neighborhood and the downtown is five minutes from my house. There is a brewery, German biergarten, poolhall as well as several other restaurants. Riverside, Avondale and Five Points downtown area is 10 minutes away and has dozens of restaurants and bars as well as shops and parks. Downtown Jacksonville is 15 minutes away.

Quaint Murray Hill Home - Can't Wait to Return
I stayed at this property in March and April 2025 and loved it. The home has everything you need for an extended stay: a fully stocked modern kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, comfy beds, Wi-Fi, indoor parking, a grill, and two decks that are basically extra living spaces. There's plenty of room to work from home, and I especially loved the vegetable garden with fresh produce for guests. The neighborhood is quaint, with great neighbors. JC's Fresh Seafood is right on the corner - the seafood boil is to die for - and downtown Murray Hill's bars and restaurants are just five minutes away. The owner is genuinely a good person - reasonable, responsive, easygoing, and easy to work with. When we had an unexpected issue with the house while he was 1,000 miles away, he had it taken care of within 24 hours. This is a fantastic place for an extended stay, and I can't wait to return in spring 2027.
