Charming Garden Cottage by the Beach - Private, Pet-Friendly & Ready to Settle In

I came for a few months and stayed for a year!

This adorable place is such a wonderful place to stay. I had planned to stay for 3 months, then six and only recently moved on to my next adventure. While there, I enjoyed the garden immensely; beautiful, peaceful and delightfully fragrant with roses right outside the kitchen window. Also the deck with the umbrella and the electric grill is a great area for having meals, relaxing and just made for a delightful stay, which lasted almost a year. This is a great neighborhood within walking distance of beaches, many great restaurants, grocery store and an epic coffee shop right around the corner. The landlords are kind, responsive and a pleasure to interact with. All in all 10 out of 10.

Magical cottage close to things!!!!

We had such a great stay here. The location is unbeatable, right near City Hall and close to everything in Ventura. Geena and Aaron are truly wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming, and Poppy the dog is an absolute sweetheart. The property itself is something special. The yard feels magical, full of flowers and lush plants, with both a private back patio and a lovely front patio to relax in. Its one of those places that just feels good to be in. Would absolutely stay again.

The cutest cottage!

Stayed here for two months with my pup and it was absolutely perfect! Very close commute to both Ventura hospitals. The host Geena and Aaron are so nice and welcoming. They have the sweetest pup Poppy who was just as welcoming. Would highly recommend and can't wait to one day come back!
