Sunny Personal Space with King-size Bed and a Shared Bathroom

Excellent room

I stayed here for two months as a fourth year med student on rotations at WMC. The room was large and comfortable, the apartment was clean and had a homey feel. The condo complex is charming and feels very safe. Would definitely stay again!

Happy Renter

I have been here about 7 mos so far and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the apartment pleasant but I couldn't ask for more. My room is perfect for my needs and very clean. Although I am out most of the day, there is a fully furnished kitchen for those days that I am there and want to just throw something in the microwave or grab something cold from the fridge. The neighborhood is totally safe, which is my number one priority. Cleanliness was my second priority. Everything else is icing on the cake. The location is ideal, centrally located to downtown White Plains but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There is also a swimming pool on the premises. Last but not least, Jigar is the best! To be quite honest, he was the deal breaker for me. He genuinely cares about your comfort and concerns, which made my stay a no brainer. Oh yeah, and parking is not an issue. I would recommend that everyone stay here if there are enough rooms! Hands down, 5 Stars! Dave Chun

I have been living in this apartment for the past year, and it has truly felt like home from day one. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown White Plains, New York City, White Plains Hospital, and Westchester Medical Center. There is ample parking available, and a nearby pool adds to the convenience and quality of life. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to live. What stands out most is the landlord, who is incredibly accommodating, responsive, and supportive. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience here has been outstanding. After a year of living here, I can confidently say that this apartment has felt like home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in a great location.

Jigar is a very honest and good landlord, he was very welcoming and always helpfull. The room over there was very nice, spacious and clean. The locations comes with a pool for the neibourghood which is perfect for summer, also parking space is available, the house has its own laundry facilities. I stayed there for 1year and the only thing i can say is that it's a 20 on 10 locations. Very peacefull, quiet and close to whiteplains downtown.
