This is the basement apartment of a 3 unit property. It is below a two bedroom apartment upstairs. It is a nice, fully furnished, fully stocked apartment with all of your basic needs. The best thing is it's so close to all hospitals and I70 and highway 63. We do have low ceilings, so this would not suit a person 6'3 or taller.
