Beautifully Maintained Condo Steps from Olde Town Arvada
I spent 2 wonderful months at this condo in the heart of Olde Town Arvada, and it was truly a perfect home away from home. The space itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, airy, and full of natural light throughout the day. Everything in the unit works exactly as it should, from the well-stocked kitchen to the air conditioner and washer/dryer. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful details throughout make it clear that the property is cared for with pride. The location is safe, quiet, and peaceful, yet just a short walk from Olde Town Arvadas many fantastic restaurants, shops, stores, and light rail. The great amenities include a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, and the secure garage with a reserved parking space made everything convenient. What made the stay even better was the landlord, Brennan. She is incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to get in touch with. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.
