The cottage is a cozy place with lots of charm. Bring your cat or dog for a long term stay while working at McKee or MCR. I'm open to helping you make our cottage a place that works for you. There is not a stove top, but a microwave, toaster oven and air fryer work to heat all your delicious meals. It's so close to downtown Loveland, you can go see a movie downtown at the Metrolux, grab dinber, then walk off the calories! No nee...
Space
Our place comfortably fits 1 to 2 adults and a pet. It's an ADU behind the main house with private entrance and private outdoor space. The location is close to downtown and to lake Loveland with easy access to highway 34. I welcome well-behaved pets (dogs, cats and am open to others!) as i have several myself. The green between the main house and cottage is a common space used by both tenants.
