The front door has a special lock as well as code entrance. The back gates are locked as well. I have Ring on the front door. Entrance through garage if ever needed has a code. The gates are high so hard to jump over. Lawn is well maintained. Nice patio and back yard to relax in. Texas gets hot in the summer. Inside updated and kept very clean. There are two bedrooms available, one with the Queen Bed and the other a single. Room in the closet (s). There is a dresser and smaller piece of furniture for storage as well & a smart TV. The bedroom with the single bed has shelves for storage. Bathroom has space for toiletries. There is a third bedroom with twin beds but I use that room for my study. I do have a printer that you may use to print an item or two if needed...

Lovely home and great landlord
I had a wonderful stay as Sandy’s. She truly went above and beyond as a host, making me feel right at home. Her hospitality was exceptional, and it made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom I used were immaculate and comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely arranged, which added to the overall pleasant environment. It was a perfect place to unwind and relax. All in all, I would highly recommend Sandy’s place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet spot to call home for awhile.
