Ill be honest I didnt think Id like it but I was wrong
Ryan is pretty cool, he is warm, and welcoming. I was concerned about being a mid 20s woman renting from a middle aged man but at the end of the 3 months it felt like I was leaving my home. His dog is a bit intense but after a couple days calmed down. There was some minor construction going on. He took into consideration my schedule, I would leave and when I got back it would either be done or almost done. One day I went to work and he said he would be taking up the carpets in the hallway. Total understatement! Got back to new hardwood floors in the hallway and stairs, and new appliances had been installed. The neighborhood is nice I didnt get a weird feeling when I would go jogging. He was quite accommodating I asked about a coffee shop where I could go study, because my bed wasn't the best. He told me where a good coffee shop was and while I was out got a desk for the room. I made this account just to leave a review as Im no longer traveling.
