A wonderful stay

I stayed that this property just under 1 year. It was the perfect apartment for me. I am a student and the bus to UF campus was easy and convenient. The apartment was newly refurbished with brand new kitchen and laundry appliances. Additionally the place has great security features and a key pad entry which was incredibly convenient. Even though we were only 2 young women I felt incredibly safe. I would stay here again.

Perfect Place for Upscale College Living

I absolutely loved living here! The sleek townhome-style design felt modern and elevated, and the upgraded appliances made everyday living (and hosting) so enjoyable. It was the perfect spot for having friends over—there was plenty of space to gather, yet it still felt cozy and inviting. Parking was never an issue, which was a huge plus. One of my favorite things was the location: it is close to campus, but just far enough away to provide a nice sense of separation when I needed a break. It is also near Archer Road, which made food and shopping very convenient. The neighbors were friendly and the community was welcoming. The interior is beautiful—the built-in, spacious closet system, the bathrooms felt luxurious, and the half bath was especially convenient for guests. It was an amazing place that combined style, comfort, and convenience.
