The living room is spacious yet cozy. From the Article sofa, you can enjoys neighborhood views out the large picture window or watch something on the Frame TV.

The semi-open floor plan has excellent flow and airiness while also being cozy.

The dining room comfortably seats six and open into the kitchen, study, and living room.

The entire main floor of the home was painted from ceiling to baseboard in June 2025.

The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and has ample storage.

Thoughtful touches, such as a place to hang your keys, are found throughout the home.

A backdoor opens onto a deck and the backyard, and there is also a door from the kitchen down to the finished basement.

High quality kitchen gadgets are organized for easy use.

Our knives are high quality and sharp.

There are plenty of baking accessories and baking pans.

The dining room opens up to our favorite room of the house: the study.

A sliding glass door opens from the study onto the back deck.

The bathroom has been completely updated has abundant storage.

The shower is tiled and behind the door is additional shelf and cabinet storage.

From the bathroom, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat. It has a new Tuft & Needle king mattress and light blocking cellular shades.

Plenty of storage is available in the dresser and closet.

Wood hangers, including sweater hangers, are available in the closet as well as a laundry basket and thick yoga mat.

The middle bedroom has a daybed with a trundle. The main floor of the house can sleep up to six people.

Work from home at a sturdy vintage desk with natural light.

You'll find basic office supplies in the desk, and a wireless printer in the middle bedroom closet.

The middle bedroom closet has a small dresser and a wireless printer that can be taken out and plugged in. The closet also has ample storage.

The front bedroom has two twin beds and a closet with lots of storage space.

Soft white light is used throughout the home. Each bedroom has a sound machine.

A second bathroom is in the basement.

The bathroom has a sink, small storage space, and a shower.

The deck is off of the kitchen and the study and overlooks the fenced backyard.

There is a one-car detached garage, and a garage opener will be made available to use.

We fit our minivan in the garage. We flip in our driver side mirror to give ourselves a few more inches of room.

Our home is situated on the north side of Putnam Heights, giving it close proximity to the main thoroughfares. A large and newer Hy-Vee grocery store is 2 miles away.
