As previously stated this neighborhood is tucked away and very quiet. Meaning, unless you live back here, there is no reason to come back here. The property butts up the I-10. Im far enough away so you dont hear the traffic noise. Neighbors are quiet (no parties). The pool is walkable. I have a small backyard with grass and a fire pit with loungers.
