Side entrance with private deck. It has a separate HVAC unit with controls in the room. Wall desk with chair and also an electric recliner.

Awesome time
I absolutely enjoyed my time staying here for 3 months. The Landlord and lady are incredibly hospitably people. They will work with you no matter your situation as long you are up front and honest. The property is literally close to everything...parks, restaurants, shopping, major highways, hospitals etc. You will have your own private entrance, assigned parking spot, private porch. It is perfect for one person or a couple/bffs to enjoy. Only two cons no full size kitchen but a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee maker and no laundry machines. But I worked around that by signing up for ready to eat meals that were delivered and there is a really cool laundromat literally 2-5 min away depending on traffic on Trawick.
