Quiet &Cozy

NOT QUIET OR COZY!!!

Renting this room was the worst experience I have EVER had. The room is in a basement with no ventilation There is a window air conditioning unit available and a dehumidifier that is absolutely necessary to use!!! It i smells musty. When I rented the room, part of the amenities included a washer and dryer but then she would not let me use it because I had to run the AC and dehumidifier at the same time. She even went as far as to say she didnt have one when I had taken a picture of it and showed her the very ad she posted. The kitchen essentials which consists of a mug, a plate, a bowl, left dirty by the owner. And you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. There is no designated workspace. The bed is most uncomfortable. I told her after my first night there that I could not stay. I had to pay the month but I jist couldn't live.like that. Save yourself the disappointment
