Warm and inviting
C.M was a very welcoming host with amazing positive energy and kindness. She was there to greet me when I arrived too! I was thankful for her opening her home to me while on assignment at VCU. This is a beautiful and modern home with everything you could need. Everyone under the roof is very respectful. Parking was never an issue and her home is so very close to VCU. CM always had great advice on restaurants and things to do in the area. Would definitely stay with C again if the situation were to arise in the future!

This was an amazing house and had everything I needed + more! Chriss was a friendly landlord/roommate and it was always very clean! She was very responsive with any questions or concerns and made me feel at home!

To start, living with Chris as a roommate was one of the best decisions Ive made. She was friendly, welcoming, clean, extremely organized and laid back. If I ever were to come back to Richmond area for another travel RN assignment, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Chris. The bedroom was spacious, had plenty of closet space and was perfect for a 13 week stay. :))

Wish I Could Stay Longer!
There aren't enough great things to say about Christine. She is a fabulous roommate and landlord and has become a great friend! You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay here and everything is kept in pristine condition. While the house is located in a city, there was never a bothersome amount of noise. I highly recommend any young professionals stay here during their time in Richmond!
