Great Place To Stay

Beautiful, well kept home with quiet, respectful tenants. Loved living here during my 3 month contract. The pool was a dream during the hot summer months. And they provide regular cleaning. Doesn't get much better than this. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

I really enjoyed staying in Dyna and Vu home. They truly try to make it feel like a home away from home. The location is great and in a safe neighborhood. The pool and outdoor bbqing space is a huge added bonus. I would highly Recommend staying here.

Feeling welcomed

My experience renting here was so rewarding. I was 2000 miles away from home and was welcome with such hospitality and kindness. I was given plenty of time to review the rental agreement and given the opportunity to ask questions concerning deposits duration of my stay and renewal of my lease .this home was clean and was furnished with comfortable furniture. It has a very open floor plan and the location was perfect for me as it was close to my place of employment. I felt safe staying here. We were even able to decorate for the Christmas holidays. One of the things I appreciated was the open communication between the owners and the renters. Dyna and Vu were constantly asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. This is a wonderful hassle free rental experience .I would definitely stay here again. Given the opportunity. Donna and Vu are just not my landlords, but they have become friends!

Hone away from home

I had a really great experience staying here. As a nurse, having a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to come home to after long shifts is everything and this place truly delivered. It was the perfect environment to relax and recharge on my days off. The home is always well-maintained, and one thing I really appreciated is that Dyna has regular cleaning services, which keeps everything fresh and makes it feel more like home. That’s such a big plus when you’re busy and don’t have time to worry about cleaning. Dyna is an amazing host, very responsive, kind, and always quick to help with anything needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tenants and takes pride in the property. The other renters were respectful, friendly, and easy to live with, which made the overall experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially healthcare professionals looking for a peaceful, clean, and supportive living environment.

So wonderful

I've lived here for 7 month and I can't boast enough about this place & just wonderful it is! From the beauty of the home, to the vast backyard with a pool and a half-court... and the list goes on! Dyna and VU have been the most gracious of hosts who go above and beyond for all their tenants! A wonderful thing I love about this home is all that none of the rooms share walls!!! A few of us have lived weeks and hadn't heard one another. It's been a wonderful set up and I'm sad to leave! I'd recommend this home to anyone, especially medical professionals as it's a quiet and restful place to be. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Great Room with lovely people!

I had a really wonderful time here during my month working at Kern Medical Center. Not only was it easy to get to the hospital, there are also lots of grocery stores nearby. The property is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Dyna was a wonderful and responsive host who was quick to get us anything we needed. She also was very communicative and checked in frequently regarding things happening around the house (gardeners, deliveries, cleaning, etc). I absolutely recommend this stay to anyone in the area!

The Best Landlords

I cannot say enough great things about Dyna and Vu as landlords. From day one, they were professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. Any time a question or issue came up, they addressed it promptly and thoroughly, making us feel truly cared for as tenants. They took great pride in the property and it showed—everything was well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully managed. What really set them apart was how respectful and fair they were; communication was always clear, honest, and easy. Renting from Dyna and Vu was a genuinely positive experience, and they set the bar extremely high for what landlords should be. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and welcoming I even received a thoughtful welcome bag when I arrived. Everything throughout the stay was smooth and comfortable, and I had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Home

Dyna is a wonderful home owner. She is very nice and she always gets back to me right away. The place is always so nice and clean. If theres a problem, they come all the way over to fix it right away. Seems like anytime of the day. I love this place. Very happy here.

Comfortable stay

Owners provided me with a cute welcome bag, they checked in with me after my first night ensuring I was comfortable. Also provided a mini/tour. The home is super clean, quiet, and relaxing. Cute backyard, spacious kitchen and fridge. Great for healthcare folks.
