I really like the place, is very quiet and clean. The landlord is very very nice. Very friendly and attentive. He will provide whatever you asked for or need in the house to make your stay enjoyable and remarkable. Whenever am in Bakersfield next I will make sure to inquire if the house is available, it will be my first choice.

Perfect 10/10 stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. Harley was always responsive and easy to reach if I needed anything. I never had any issues during my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I really appreciated having my own parking spot and the washer and dryer on site. The neighborhood was quiet and really close to downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops and pretty much everything else, which made it super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Bakersfield.

Great Stay

Over the 8 month stay we had, Harley the landlord was very responsive and accommodating. Any issue that arose he was nearby and able to set up the required services. He was flexible with our work situation which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is nice, lots of families and pet walking. We enjoyed having our own car port under the Cali sun. Though it is a shared back area, we rarely ran into our other neighbor. I would recommend!

Cute cozy home with all the essentials in a very nice neighborhood! The hosts are super nice and available at all times!! Perfect place to stay!
