Best Landlord! Nice place!

I stayed here for a month while rotating at hospitals. The landlord is one of the best people I have ever met! I needed very fast wifi to do hospital interviews and she went above and beyond by replacing the current wifi to another provider which was faster and best for my interviews. She even fixed the garage locks for me so I can park in there. I preferred street parking because there was plenty and it's a safe place. If you are in Detroit, this is a great place and the landlord will take care of any of your needs! If I return to Detroit, I will rent again only from her!!

Great place to stay

Overall I had a very pleasant stay. I was living there about a month. The only complaint I really had was that it can get kind of warm in the apartment if it's been very hot outside like a 95 degree day the apartment is about 77 degrees. I mentioned to the landlord that it was pretty warm and she was very attentive and went out and purchased a large tower fan to put by the bed which helped tremendously as well as the weather outside cooled off too. I thought the price of rent was pretty fair compared to other properties offered in the area and was one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. The street the apartment is on seems very safe and there is a retired police officer that lives right next door so that made me feel even more comfortable. If I am ever in Detroit again I would certainly rent this apartment again!
