The room is on the first floor of my two-story home. Quiet neighborhood with families and good neighbors. There is a pool and large backyard great for entertaining. I have security cameras around the outside of the house. Schools: Pomelo Drive Charter Elementary is 1,000 feet up the street. Chaminade Prep High School is 500 feet down the street.
