Perfect cozy place for a couple!

My SO and I could not have asked for a better place to stay! We even ended up extending our stay by a few months. The loft is newly renovated and packed with everything you may need including modern appliances, kitchenware, and even towels and sheets. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located a few minute drive to anything you may need. Sam and Dave did a great job with renovating the place, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay a few months in the Wilmington area!

Love the Loft

This is a beautiful property in a really nice neighborhood great neighbors and quiet. I am the first guest in the loft and Sam and Dave did a great job on decorating it and getting it ready. Its clean its functional and its perfect for a short hour long-term stay it has plenty of windows so so it gets lots of sunlight I would recommend it to anyone wanting a one bedroom that is extremely easy to take care of Sam and Dave did a great job on the decorations and have provided everything I needed so that I could just bring my suitcase and stay as long as I wanted. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with these two before and they are great people and great landlords.

What a great find!!

This cottage is such a nice space that has been completely remodeled with high ceilings, contemporary furnishings, modern appliances and a comfortable warm interior design. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd want and more. Think airfryer, blender and all your cooking needs. There was even starter cleaning and paper products. It is nice to have a private deck to relax on, a designated off street parking area, a washer/dryer and extra storage. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, quiet and close to shopping, highways, etc . D&S are quick to respond, extremely helpful and thoughtful owners. Their profession is finding homes for people, so they are good at it!! They are ready and willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay comfortable. I am so happy that I got to be the first guest at " The Cottage". It truly is a home away from home and I highly recommend it.
