Cute and comfortable!

I recently learned of furnished finders after my divorce. I was looking for a short term solution as I was looking to buy my own house. The flat I rented was close to my kids and other family. The landlord was very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay, as well as the other tenant on the property. Both were very kind and made my stay better than I had anticipated. I was looking for a safe space to land and this rental was beyond perfect! Everything was clean and in working order, the only thing I didn’t get to enjoy was the backyard, probably because most of my stay was in the winter.

Charming and Comfortable

We rented this apartment for my father who needed to be closeby for medical treatment. The landlord went out of his way to make sure it had everything you might need, was responsive when we had questions and was easy to communicate with. My father found it very comfortable and the quiet neighborhood was easy to walk around! Just as the pictures show and indeed a quiet and comfortable space!

Great Place to Stay!

I have lived in the upper unit of this house for over 20 years. I am familiar with Victorian houses like this one. They require regular maintenance and care, and Bob does this and more. He also responds quickly when an issue arises, and he takes care of the issue promptly. This is a beautiful, comfortable home in a safe, well maintained neighborhood with a great landlord! Many of my neighbors have been living here for a long time. I love living here and you will too!

Cottage Rental In San Jose

My 3.5 years experience renting a cottage in San Jose, CA from this landlord was exceptional. He is a pleasure to interact with. Whenever an issue arose, he promptly addressed the problem. Very easy to communicate with and genuinely invested in his property and tenant. I would have no hesitation renting from him again.

A great place in Alameda!

I lived in this apartment for 4.5 years before it became a furnished rental (dates below are for review only). The landlord is fantastic! He cares a lot about the property and responds very quickly when an issue arises. The apartment is very comfortable and the enclosed patio area is a quiet refuge. I loved living here and you will too!
