Cozy Apartment with Welcoming Hosts

This is a wonderful, bright, beautiful and secure space. Allan and Judy are outstanding hosts; very warm and welcoming. Their dogs are sweet, and they welcomed our dog, Toula, with open arms. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay as a temporary home while we awaited our Visas. It is quiet and comfortable. It is the perfect place for anyone to call home, be it for a short stay or a lengthy one.

Modern and warm

The minute I walked into Judy and Allen's space I felt so calm. It felt like a big hug. The furnishings were beautiful and it had a cozy feel to it. They are very easy to partner with and open for communication. It was nice to have full amenities, I didn't feel like I was in a hotel room.

Excellent Find for a Home Away from Home!

This is an absolutely wonderful property! The space is comfortable, bright, and secureeverything you could want in a temporary home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The landlords are truly exceptionalresponsive, accommodating, and such a pleasure to be around. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need, without ever being intrusive. Their kindness and attentiveness really made this stay stand out. One of the unexpected highlights was spending time with their pets! Their dogs and cat are incredibly friendly and welcomingit was such a joy to come home to wagging tails and purrs. They brought a sense of warmth and homey comfort that made a big difference during my stay. I cant recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a safe, inviting, and genuinely enjoyable place to stay, this is it!

Beautiful Hosts and beautiful apartment!!

I was so blessed to stay here for my first visit to the Denver area!! The apartment is perfectly situated for access to (and views of!) downtown Denver and the Colorado Rockies. Boulder, with its eclectic mix of indy shops and the not to be missed tea house is a short ride away, too. The apartments is BEAUTIFUL. Perfectly equipped, soundproof and SO relaxing. A perfect base for a short or long stay. The Landlords are some of the nicest, most generous people you can hope to meet (and their two dogs are an absolute joy). I cannot recommend them and their place highly enough. If I didn't live in the UK, I'd be asking if I could move in!!

Beautiful Space

I stayed here several times with my dog during the renovation and found it comfortable and relaxing. Allen and Judy are great hosts, fun to be around and hospitable. The unit has its own entrance and is secure as a lock off. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and stocked with everything you need to make a proper meal. The private appliances are new and work beautifully. The unit is clean and space is bright with the shades up, quiet and cozy. You will love staying here!
