Comfortable Stay

I stayed at this place for four months, and it was a very good stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jessica was a very good host. Loved everything about it and referred this place to a couple of my friends as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for accommodation in this area.

Best place to stay while traveling in Spokane

This was absolutely the best place to stay while traveling for work. This place is a gem. So clean, and well maintained every 2 weeks by the landlords niece Jessica, who is absolutely the best host. She is accommodating, thorough and her response time within minutes. This house is in an ideal location. Close to many grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, highways, shopping malls, parks, walking trails, hospitals, airport and downtown Spokane. The best pizza, I have ever eaten was a 20 min walk or a 2 minute drive away Market Street Pizza, Ong thanks Jessica for the many wonderful places you have referred me too. I felt safe throughout the neighborhood and I had my own keypad entry to my room. Fully furnished with all the amenities you would need in a home and plenty of parking space as well as a storage area in the garage that is $25 a month to rent. I can honestly say this has been one of the most enjoyable places I have stayed while traveling as a nurse.

Phenomenal Experience

I had an amazing stay at this property while attending my first semester of dental school at UW's Spokane campus. The location is unbeatable! It is very close to school, restaurants, and coffee shops (shout out to Jessica for the great local recommendations!). The home was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to scheduled maintenance, and the host was always proactive about communicating when theyd be on-site. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, providing a perfect environment to relax and study. As a busy student, I really appreciated the reliable amenities. There was fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed with extra linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. What touched me most was their flexibility. My plans shifted at the last minute, and the host was so kind about letting me head home early for the holidays to be with my family. If youre a student or a healthcare professional, you wont find a better place to stay!

Quiet, clean, and centrally located - ideal for travelers and short term renters

This is a great place to stay for travelers! The Blue Room was quiet and could be made dark which worked great for my night shift contract. The property has all the basic necessitates, and the host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating to any requests. I really enjoyed the location, which is walking distance to a nice bike path and about a 5-15 minute drive to most places in the city including Providence Sacred Heart and Deaconess hospitals. I ended up extending my contract and I was happy to extend my lease here too.

I would definitely recommend this place to other travel nurses and professionals, and Id gladly stay here again on a future assignment.
